Require few PowerPoint installation. 1. Inside kitchen cabinet (there is an existing powerpoint above kitchen bench to run the wire) 2. Install 2×bedroom wall mount PowerPoint for TV (there are existing PowerPoint at lower end of the wall to run the wire) 3. Install 2×exterior wall PowerPoint (there are two internal PowerPoint internal walls to run wire through cavity wall, opposite side)

Leak in garage from roof tiles. Previously someone came and siliconed the solar panel brackets to see if the leak would improve. Has not improved and water pooled in ceiling from last night’s storm. Roof damage likely under solar panels so panels need to be lifted by two guys to check for damage and replace tiles.Spare tiles available on site
