Find a local ADSL technician in Sydney

Hi there! Need a technician/cabler to check if the ADSL cable has "live" and to attach RJ-11 Telephone/ADSL plug to the same cable. Location: Elizabeth Bay.

Service provider has confirmed that there’s fiber to the node for NBN broadband but the adsl connection to the property doesn’t appear to be working. There’s an existing telephone line but I think it needs to be connected for adsl.

Our modem has come loose from ADSL wiring. We need a technician to reconnect it. Must have proper testing and cable crimping tools and be experienced with ADSL and NBN connections.

I live in a converted warehouse and need the ADSL wiring and connection fixed. The current connection is dodgy and has a lot of wires showing, the connection is touchy and sometimes drops out. Need someone to come out and fix it completely, payment won’t be made without complete connection and stability!

I need help with the mdf jumpering. Telstra technician visited my apartment and advised this: "Technician Completion Comment: Line and sync ok to MDF Vertical A Pair 124. No fault found in Telstra can. Internal cabling. B-side jumpering issue. Incorrect call out charge. FFS-1619566. To resolve this issue, you will need to contact an electrician. We recommend advising the electrician that your service has been tagged and tested by Telstra on the A-Side of the MDF at Vertical A Pair 124. The electrician should be asked to check your cabling/line from the internal side of the MDF (B Side) to the first connection point in your home. Telstra strongly recommends that the electrician checks both the condition of your internal cabling AND that this cabling is terminated correctly at the B Side of the MDF."

phone line jumper phone line is active from provider but my phone line has no dial tone

We have port in our house. we try to connect to internet modem but seems like the wire not good.

Just spoke with Optus and they say we have an issue in the wiring between our apartment and the MDF box.

I'm on a level 2 (of a commercial property) and I need to have the phone line from the box on the ground floor to my level fixed. The floor is full of phone sockets (it used to be an office) and the telstra technician ran some tests and couldn't find a working connection. I need someone to fix the connection. It may be re-connecting/fixing an existing line (they seem to go to level 1, for which I can request to get access) or it could be doing new wiring. I'm willing to update the payment according to the actual work required. The work needs to be done during working hours (since the main box is in a shop downstairs).

The technician who attended the fault did mention that the jumper between A side of the MDF to the B side is missing
