I need a power point put in out the front of my house. And a light switch put in the inside my house for my garage. I have the equipment, but not the wires.

power for new kitchen appliances and battery power point in garage. x2 ovens 2900w each. Induction hob of unknown wattage as we havent bought it yet. Power point from switch panel, possibly 32amp for ac coupled plug in battery system.

One of our smoke alarms needs the batteries changed and we do not have a ladder tall enough to do this ourselves (we have high ceilings in our clinic offices). Can you help by popping in this week with your ladder? We have the batteries. The chirping sound is interfering with the hearing tests we conduct on newborns and infants. I only put $10 as I had to put something, happy to agree on a price My house in Balga goes on the market 6/4/24 & the electrician I had lined up has had to cancel due to unwell family. This is what’s needed: 1. Replace bathroom heat lamp light fitting - the tenant left the heat lamp on & melted the cover so the whole unit needs replacing. It’s two heat lights & normal light - the exhaust is a separate unit 2. Check light in front entry (inside) as the light flickers when first turning on. Once on it’s ok. It may be the switch, it may be the light..happy to change to a down light if needed. Cheapest but effective changeover if possible. 3. Check all power points work including the one that ran a spa in the rear yard, fixing any not working (I think they all work) 4. The window in laundry - my alarm system tells me the window is open & wont arm. It’s shut 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ so if you can check that? 5. Provide electrical safety certificate (real estate agent would like one). Please let me know if you can assist in time for the home open. Even if just the bathroom lamp light as that’s the only obvious problem. The rest can wait to final inspection. Thank you ☺️

Two downlights in theatre are not working There is no cables going to them so must be in roof somewhere . Have globes here To replace

- extend wall power point in a room - add a wall lighting fixture (with dimming) - add a ceiling lighting fixture (with dimming) - check all smart down lights connection, some flickering. NOTE- ceiling is high, in a heritage home so need to get into ceiling access through manhole by ladder. Looking for registered professional electrician only.
