- electric water heating unit needs off peak/timer board by passed for instant heating. Please check attached pic. - Check oven for any electrical faults. It is working fine but renters complained about smoke coming from it which was looked at by plumbing guys and as per them it is fine and it could have been a piece of meat or food that caused it. - I also need a skylight Diffuser installed.
