i have a working NBN telstra connection. the modem connected to the NBN connection box is located in the garage. the modem is plugged in close by but the power point is located far away so we use an extension cord over the garage floor. There is a socket located in the lounge to connect the modem, not sure why it's not working, need to look at connection through roof perhaps?
