Just moved into our new house, but the garage door has clearly not been serviced in a while. Merlin Model 230T. Door closes to concrete then immediately re-opens and the light flashes 3 times. If the price is not right for you, provide me with a price you can do it for, I will process this and comeback almost straight away.
