Need NBN installed with a ceiling mounted wi-fi booster. Have existing router, but happy to get a new one if needed.

My aunt is blind, she needs assistance getting onto the NBN. The account is set up and she has received her modem. Task is to Unbox Telstra modem, set up the modem, connect her home phone, connect her smart TV to the wifi and set up her Netflix account.

Have NBN FTTP in one house and no internet connection in second house on the property. Internet extenders do not help as there is a brick garage between the houses (which are approx 14 metres apart). Would like to connect the NBN from one house to the next with an underground coax cable to allow internet access to second house. Perhaps to connect to the telephone cabling in the second house to enable us to plug a router/extender in to the telephone wall plug in the second house, if this is possible. Re run fibre optics lead. Mount nbn box on wall, mount poer supply on wall. Connect to fibre optic lead. Fit wall plate with comms plug adjacent to nbn box. Fit second wall plate with comms plug to other side of same wall in next room. Hard wire the two wall plates with comms plugs together through the wall. Supply short comms cable to connect nbn box ouput to first wall plate comms plug. Aim is to have nbn available in study for use with pc but allow direct connection to a smart tv in the adjacent room. - Due date: Flexible

Ive just moved into a property that the real estate has said there's no internet connnection there. There is an NBN box outside on the wall of my unit and i have confirmed with Belong that there is in fact a connection, however there is no internal box set up in which to plug my modem into. Hi Josh! Yesterday I attempted to set up my new modem from Belong. After hours of trying and failing I used a live chat service where I was instructed to remove the fibre optic cable (bad decision). Because the wire was so thin I snapped it and it is now impossible for me to reconnect. We were also having trouble activating our NBN port to enable the wifi and internet, and would like assistance with that as well. We’d love to get a quote on how much you would charge to fix something like this. We allegedly have a technician coming out on Monday, but I have yet to receive confirmation, and would prefer to have this issue fixed ASAP!
