FTTN NBN connection requires a phone socket. The unit was renovated before we purchased it and has no phone socket to plug in the modem at the moment. We would like to receive a quote for installation of a phone socket so we can use NBN asap. There is a FHC connection installed but only FTTN available to the building. Hi Bill. We have just moved into our house and the NBN connection is in a bedroom that really does not work for me. Obviously simply installed at the closest corner of the house to the street.

We are having issues with nbn speed dropouts and it might be due to old internal wiring. Request technician to check wiring and replace. Currently have FTTC
