I have a container home and would like to add a power point so I can connect a fridge. Also would like for the person to have a look at why the instantaneous hot water heater trips the circuit if hot water is left on for more then a few minutes. It trips the circuit and cuts power to whole house. Recently upgrade to FTTP. Unfortunately, the installer insisted on installing the NBN box in the garage opposite where the utility box is. This is pretty terrible as (1) there's no power outlet on that wall so I'm running a 10m extension cable from the opposite end of the garage; and (2) there's no access to our internal ethernet wiring from the garage. We're looking to either (1) have a power outlet and ethernet point installed where they've installed the NBN connection box; or (2) relocate the NBN connection box to our existing utility cupboard which is the hub for our internal ethernet wiring (together with the old primary phone line) - whichever is most expedient. I suspect there's a conduit already, but I have no way of checking and the NBN tech refused to look. Budget is flexible, as is date - but looking to get it done ASAP.

I have a new shed being built in the next few months. 1st job and the urgent one , need power run from under the house to the slab in a conduit. this will be around 30m. clear access under the house to do that. i will get the trench dug from house to shed (3m) as i am doing water also. or at least put the provision in when so when the slab gets poured its in the slab. 2nd job once building is up about 6 weeks later, i will need a power box, and heaps of light fittings and a 10 or 15amp plug in 4 spots, and a hoist connected and a couple of power points in each room there will be approx 10 High bay LED bay lights to be installed and around 12 Led downlights. may also need a small hot water power connection also. need some outdoor sensor LED floodlights too. would like the whole job quoted as one and will need sparky to come and put provision underground before we commence and return in 6 weeks and get started.
