I only put $10 as I had to put something, happy to agree on a price My house in Balga goes on the market 6/4/24 & the electrician I had lined up has had to cancel due to unwell family. This is what’s needed: 1. Replace bathroom heat lamp light fitting - the tenant left the heat lamp on & melted the cover so the whole unit needs replacing. It’s two heat lights & normal light - the exhaust is a separate unit 2. Check light in front entry (inside) as the light flickers when first turning on. Once on it’s ok. It may be the switch, it may be the light..happy to change to a down light if needed. Cheapest but effective changeover if possible. 3. Check all power points work including the one that ran a spa in the rear yard, fixing any not working (I think they all work) 4. The window in laundry - my alarm system tells me the window is open & wont arm. It’s shut 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ so if you can check that? 5. Provide electrical safety certificate (real estate agent would like one). Please let me know if you can assist in time for the home open. Even if just the bathroom lamp light as that’s the only obvious problem. The rest can wait to final inspection. Thank you ☺️

I have a 2-plug power point that needs replacing (by an electrician). I have the new power point, just need someone to do the job. Its not broken- just replacing for cosmetic purposes.

I need to have various lights / sensors installed around the house. I have attached some pictures showing light locations only. I also need 1 smoke alarm installed. All lights / sensors / smoke alarm will be supplied by me. 1. Install 2 exterior lights either side of garage 2. Install 3 exterior lights onto existing switch and wire to existing sensor. 3. Install 2 lights onto existing switch and add a sensor 4. Replace garage batten holder light with 3 downlights and wire to existing sensor 5. Install 1 floodlight onto existing switch and add a sensor 6. Install 1 smoke alarm and interconnect to existing smoke alarm (same brand hardwired). Summary = install 8 new lights, 3 downlights, 2 sensors and 1 smoke alarm. Looking to have this done the week of the 18th if possible. Thanks!

NBN showed up today to install my FTTP connection, however they can't run the fibre cable from a box outside the house to the termination point internally. Health and Safety won't allow them to climb on the roof, move a couple of tiles and pull through the cable to where I, ideally need it. I have 30m of fibre cable, just need someone to run the cable through the house to where I need it. While you're there... I'd like a quote to run 2 x ethernet cables from the termination point to two other rooms in the house. One already has a cable run there (the cable just needs to be replaced). - Due date: Flexible
