I need some track lighting put up in a Gallery I'm doing at Long Jetty

There are two existing power outlets and one light switch that had to be removed while putting up plasterboard. Existing wires have been sealed and left hanging behind plasterboard with marks showing location. Have the outlets and switch - Need an electrician who can put it all together on top of the new plasterboard. Also need to install two down lights on the new ceiling and a switch. I can supply down lights.

Remove existing downlight from laundry and replace with a small exhaust fan that has a built in light. There is already a light switch in the laundry and I would like to keep that there and have the exhaust fan turn on along with the light. I will be hiring a builder to deal with the ducting. I need a retired/apprentice plumber with an electric eel to clear a toilet. It isn’t fully blocked but water rises up. The other toilet in the house is fine, so I’m hoping this is easily cleared. Flat, easy access.
