We have bought a replacement unit for our ageing Rinnai Gas Water boiler and are in need of someone to take down the old unit and install the new one. I need a licensed electrician to visit a home building site to give an opinion as to why the smart home lighting is having issues working. The external lights are having issues. Hi, I'm in need of an electrician to do a few minor jobs around the house. These are: A) replace two light fixtures on the roof of the verandah with two new fixtures (new fixtures bought) B) as seen in picture the a/c off switch on the verandah needs to be changed or added to, to include a power point for outside (no switch bought) C) a fake wall was installed in my unit to hide the a/c ducting, in the process a power point and phone point got moved and installed directly onto the fake wall. I require junction boxes to be installed for both phone and power point and would like to upgrade to a different power and phone point. With your quotes please don't add the cost of parts as ill pay for that separately (whatever you need from bunnings with 10% on top). I live in Kingsford and am free on weekdays after 10am and after 11am on weekends.
