Bathroom renovation - Needs to move a power point with fan switch to another wall ( approximately 3.5 mts) and fan switch needs to install as a seperate switch about 1 metre away from original switch. Halogen downlight replacing with LED ( I have the LED) and two new down light installation ( got down lights) and one extra power point back to back of fan switch. Double storey house and work needs to be done at ground floor. Needs to be done ASAP

On the same switch panel is a switch for the current exhaust fan. Dimensions: The space for the oven currently houses a 70cm gas oven, so no further cabinetry work is required. The distance between the oven and ceiling will be approx. 152cm. The existing exhaust fan is approx. 30cm in diameter and starts approx. 20cm out from the wall. It’s assumed the Rangehood can utilise half the existing hole from the fan. I am able to patch up the remaining roof gap, however if you’re skilled in this happy for you to include in quote (please specify amount for roof work). The Rangehood needs to be extracted out through a tile roof. The Rangehood does require a flue duct, I can purchase this prior if required. Registered and Licensed Gas-fitters only, with certificate of compliance required. Will require proof prior to installation. Looking to have work completed prior to Christmas. I purchased a new phono preamp (goes between a turntable and stereo speakers) and am getting some noise coming from my speakers when I turn the the phono preamp off. I emailed the guy that makes these and he's advice is: "You're getting some leakage currents between the Puffin (the phono preamp) and KEFs (the speakers). You can add an additional ground wire from the Puffin ground post to an earth ground, like an AC outlet cover screw which should be earth grounded. A simple 2m piece of ordinary wire will work fine for this."
