Find trusted local electricians in Enmore

I have a ceiling plaster rose and a bayonet fitting in the centre which is not attached to a joist beam (I had a look). I want to attach a 3.5kg brass and glass light pendent which obviously needs support. It doesn’t seem like it can be done. Anyone know how without stuffing up the plaster rose and still having it centered? The pendant hangs by a hook. See pics closely. May need hard wiring? How do we support the weight safely? There is ceiling access- pitched roof. Let me know. Thanks.

I need an electrician to remove our existing 9x bar LED lights and install some spotlights/track lights in their place and a few hanging bulbs. Hi, My oven - it's an Ilve - is giving small electric shocks so I assume there's a fault that needs to be found and resolved. I have switched off the oven circuit at the trip switch but would like someone to come and look at the oven. I have put a $100 initially for the inspection and realise that this may increase based on parts and issue, so happy for that conversation. I am based in Enmore NSW. We have a 2 KVA generator that's being used on a job tomorrow that requires servicing. The work must be completed by 5PM today, so anyone who applies be aware that the work must be completed at that time.

New dishwasher purchased and on site. But need to disassemble/cut through existing under bench cabinetry to make a space in the kitchen for it. Also need new water and electricity connection to that new location. Power supply runs through the cabinetry already but no dedicated PowerPoint for the new dishwasher location. Is there one tradesperson that can make all those changes? Or do we need to separately engage a cabinet maker, electrician and plumber?

In the process of digging out a planter box, I found an old electrical wire. It is currently in a hard conduit and I dont think it is live. So this is a small job where i basically just need it snipped and removed safely.
