Looking to get new downlights installed in old house

Install 15 amp power point for a sauna in garage and 4 down lights also in garage. I have the down lights

Refit 2 downlight into downlight fitting high celling ( 5 metre)

I am looking for someone to supply and install 1 downlight.

Have just bought a single story 30-year old house and need a few things done (I will supply downlights, conversation plates and fans): 1. Install 14 LED down lights (wires already there) - 10 existing holes from old downlights ranging between 120 and 145mm (see picture of conversion plate) - 4 new downlights (no holes, used to be globes) 2. Install 4 DC fans (wires already there - 3 of these with lights https://www.beaconlighting.com.au/climate-iv-132cm-dc-fan-with-light-in-white and one of these https://www.beaconlighting.com.au/abyss-142cm-3-blade-dc-fan-only-in-white) 3. Install new PowerPoint in ensuite on plasterboard (there is another PowerPoint close by on other side of wall) 4. Install batten light globe fixture (for ceiling mounted drum fitting) - wires already there Let me know if you need any more info. Ideal timing would be Wed 15th, Thurs 16th or Friday 17th November (but I’m flexible)! - Due date: Before Monday, 20 November 2023

Install dimmable down lights in reception space - currently have some in from old building however they are not dimmable so when we dim all the rest of our lights these ones flicker. We are looking to have some electrical work complete at our house this includes: - replacement of 2 (two) pendants - replacement of 1 (one) wall sconce - seven (7) new downlights and removal of an existing ceiling light.
