New PowerPoint install in the kitchen

There is a water point behind the fridge for this purpose.It needs to be connected to the water point. Should be a licensed plumber who has done this before. No additional plumbing is required.

New power point installed at kitchen bench. Already has power point inside bench cabinet for dishwasher. Possibly dual point with USB.

I am looking for some one to fix one fan switch

Hot water does not seems to work. There was previously work done by old owners when there was a water leak on the roof. However the leakage is still happening again. Our neighbour had noticed some steam coming out from the solar heater on the roof. - Due date: Flexible

Want to make it a smart switch so I can turn it on and off from mobile etc and dont have to wake up to turn it off during winter. 6. Sensor lights x 2 for driveway 7.Change the wires for switches.
