Need the following done: - a ceiling fan replaced in a bedroom - three dome lights replaced with a few downlights installed in the kitchen living area - around 60 sq mtr area, there are already two downlights installed in the kitchen side of the area, and the rest has dome lights. I would say, 5-6 new downlights might be needed plus the existing two to be replaced as well. - Exhaust Fan in the toilet has stopped working, might be battery or might need replacement. - There are a few handyman stuff needed as well - leaky faucets etc so in case you can do those as well. If not, that's ok. Prefer supplied and installed as long as supply cost is reasonable, not exorbitantly markedup.
