Licensed electrician needed to install a Hunter Pacific 70" Aqua DC IP66 ceiling fan to replace an existing ceiling fan. Fan being replaced is operated solely with a remote control. The existing fan is located outside and is well covered. Wiring to existing fan less than 2 years old.

We bought 10 LED lights that need to replaced with the existing halogens (see photos). The ceiling needs to be cut to fit the new lights, remove the old transformer and reconnect the new LEDs (see photos). Also replace a new ceiling fan (we will provide new fan). We will clean up and offer some assistance if needed.
