Located in Clontarf, Redcliffe Two Bedrooms (side by side) require 2x already installed ceiling fans and 6 x downlights connected/wired in. Master bedroom, has two existing lights on one side of the room and will be turning this in to 4 x down lights and replacing the existing ceiling fan and also switch/controller. Second bedroom currently has an existing ceiling fan with light and this will be swapped to a new ceiling fan and switch/controller and 2 x downlights. Two storey property, work is all in the main roof which has easy access from hallway manhole and the roof and wiring is all generally quite clean and easily accessible. Flexible on date/time but would like this done early in the new year. Will probably lead to future work also.

Fans and downlights supplied. Rooms have low ceilings so easy access. Single storey cottage home. Have a ladder to access the roof space, easy access through door outside and spacious in roof space and has boards to walk on. • Lounge room has existing fan so direct change out. •Bedroom one has existing fan remote controlled, wanting it controlled by PowerPoint and 4 downlights installed on one PowerPoint. • Bedroom 2 has a light fixture, wanting fan in it’s place and 4 downlights installed all on one PowerPoint. • Bathroom wanting the small exhaust fan uninstalled and taken off PowerPoint.
