Hi. I require a licensed electrician for the following 7 jobs: 1) Connect electric gate (photo 6,9 and 3). Gate and motor already installed and requires power. Conduit is sticking out of the ground but 4m from where it needs to be unfortunately. I already have someone who can dig a trench and can cut a channel in the driveway so you won’t need to do this yourself but would first need your advice on the exact location you would require the cable before this is done. 2) Install and connect motion sensor to existing downlight 3) Replace existing bunker light with spotlight 4) Install ‘Zaha 5 Pendant light’ above stairs in location of existing downlight which is to be removed. Wiring and switch is therefore already in place, but would need a bracket in the roof to support pendant light. 5) Install double gpo on tile wall behind microwave. Separate gpo has been installed on same wall below to power fridge so hopefully running a wire up for new gpo should be relatively straightforward. 6) Install flood light on right side corner of balcony. Same flood light already been installed on left side ( photo 4 for reference) but would like right side also. 7) Relocate existing wall light from right to left side of room. There is a slight water seepage from the water getting collected where the solar electrical ducts are located. The ducts are blocking the flow of rain water. So I need the solar electrical ducts to be lifted slightly so rainwater can flow freely.
