I have an old induction store that needs to be removed/lifted out. Replacing this, a new ceramic hot plate that needs to be hardwired into it's place (electrical work required). It's a straight swap. Note: may need ceramic/stone saw for edges with 0.5mm tolerance, but with enough knocking it should fit perfectly.

One of the downlights in the bathroom is not working, it is needs to be replaced to a new downlight, I need someone to do that.

Oven when used trips the electric circuit. Unsure what’s causing it. Hoping to have it fixed .
