I have 2 x Crealty Ender 3 v2 Neo printers. Both of them are just not printing properly. We have changed Hot ends, nozzles, etc. But just can't get reliable consistent printing. Need someone to help show us what we are doing wrong and diagnose. - Due date: Flexible

Hi, My son has an Ender 3 3D printer that he received for Christmas. We set it up and it successfully printed the template and all seemed aligned etc. However, it then failed to print further designs When we had to stop the printing. This was due to the printer going too far to the right hand side. It’s not printing in the centre. The base is definitely level, I think it’s to do with the X and Y axis but to be honest, I can’t for the life of me work out how to fix it as I’m not technically minded. So I need someone knowledgeable and familiar with using an Ender to come to my house and reset everything. Also to advise my son and I on the simplest way to print designs he likes. We find all the different websites and file types confusing as we are just beginners. We are home from 3.30pm weekdays and can arrange anytime over weekends to suit. My EPSON 4530 printer is printing in one colour and not in multicolour. Wanted to get it checked on printhead and nozzle cleaner. Tried cleaning print head and nozzle. Still the same result
