I’ve recently moved in and need to shift two appliances a little bit. One is a large fridge and the other is a front loader washing machine. The fridge is moving about 5m and the washing machine is just getting it into the spot it (just) fits into. No stairs involved.
Charlie was great. Turned up on time and got the small piece of work done efficiently and with good humour. He didn’t even mind when I decided the fridge needed to be moved over a little bit more. Would happily ask him to help again.

Was late for 1.5 hours, we are just waiting outside for them, and then when move mattress, they broke the break light bulb in the garage, now is all dark and there is glass everywhere in a dark garage on the floor. We are worried glass will be on furniture too and we don’t know about it, which is dangerous. I had to clean it up myself. There is no truck lift.They just need to be more careful when doing things. And in the end we paid surcharge.
