Need outdoor deck (two levels) to be sanded back and restained. Will supply stain. Need to bring sander. 53sqm total area with two small stairs.

Timber deck and access ramp need to be power washed, sanded and coated (Cabot's Aquadeck Merbau). Slats are slightly cupped, but in overall good condition. No nails, only SQ2 screws. Job needs to start after restaurant trade hours, at 3pm.

Hi! I need some help finishing sanding my deck. We have done majority with a hired floor sander from Kennards however we need someone to come through and ‘tidy’ it up and finish the edges where the large sander did not reach as well as stair tread that it could not do either. I’m ultimately trying to remove an awful existing red stain. Back deck is approx 21 sqm. Front deck we have not touched at all with the sander it is approx 20sqm this would need to be entirely completed. You would need your own tools.

Our pool deck and another seperate and nearby deck has to be sanded back and painted. In addition, nails are petruding out and will need to be hammered back in. The main pool deck is treated pine this area is 25spm, whilst the smaller is Marabau and requires staining not painting this is no more than 9sqm and the whole area does need staining, maybe just a light sand and a stain some part but a full sand and three coats in a smaller area and on some steps.
