Leaking deck that is tiled requires waterproofing as it is on top of a garage. I've tried re-grouting and using silicon, along with a polyurethane layer painted over the tiles to seal them. However the deck keeps leaking as the grout and tiles are cracked again. The deck will require full waterproofing underneath and ideally a replacement of the tiles with a lower maintenance decking boards. It is a large deck around 9x9 metres. - Due date: Flexible

The price listed is just to get the task on here. Once you arrive and spec the final job any difference is price will be paid direct to you. Date specified in advert but we are flexible - but sooner the better. Would suit a trade filling a gap between jobs. We need one small existing deck extended by about 1m and a second small deck constructed (about 2 x 3m). Also need an external existing garden dividing wall clad with blueboard and rendered, again, just a couple of metres. All ground level construction on flat land.

I need my decking boards replaced. Approximately 22sqm. 90x22 treated pine boards will suffice.

Retaining walls and decking install

A balcony with a floor space measuring approx 5.2 meters by 1.45 meters needs the decking boards replaced and the balustrade replaced. The floor joists are fine. The reason for replacement of balustrade is because it’s not high enough to meet AS requirements. The reason the decking boards need replacing is that there are enough damaged or compromised boards to warrant replacement. The balcony is at approximately 2.5 - 3 meters elevation (on first floor). Location is Norwood, Launceston. Need work done between the 10th and the 18th of June. I can supply all materials and have them delivered on site.
