We would like to have this deck sanded back completely, including sides and in grooves. So that none of this stain remains. Pics are from when first installed two years ago. rough size is 5m x 5.5m. Located Greensborugh. Looking for someone experienced who can bring all own equipment. Would like done ASAP. Sanding of a 6 metre x 5 metre deck and sides of deck ( roughly 25cm high ) There is a heavy prickly pair in a pot that needs to be moved first. We have a dolly but will require some help / your effort to get it on the dolly due to back surgery. There’s a small plunge pool next to the deck that we’ll cover to avoid getting sanding dust in. A good clean up after would be great if it creates a lot of dust. We would like completed ASAP. - Due date: Flexible

Timber deck needs to be fully sanded with a random orbital sander (supplied - see pic) and sealed with 3 coats of water based deck seal (supplied). Deck is 43 square metres of Australian hardwood 140 wide boards which have grayed off. About 30% of the boards have had 1 coat of sealer previously which also needs to be sanded. Fresh and consistent timber colour to be revealed by complete board by board random orbital sanding. (Boards are all blind screwed so no fixings are visible - no punching or filling needed.) - Due date: Flexible

Deck requires sanding back to raw timber ready for finishing which I will complete. Deck is 8.4m x 4.2m with stairs as shown at the back and sides. Stairs and deck sides also require sanding. I will punch all nails, so no problem with sander. Require professional sander with industrial equipment. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 26 April 2022
