I started sandig my deck as a diy but I’m running out of time. The deck is 7x7 meters and already pressure cleaned. There are no obstacles. It will be completely cleared. I’ve done about 3/4 with 40 grit. The job needs to be completed to a finish so that it can be stained. The deck is obviously outdoors an can get accessed via a side gate (ie contactless) The quote should be for sanding only and should include equipment/consumables and labour

I am wanting to sand back verandahs and pool deck back to timber (currently is painted brown merbau).

We have a large merbau deck approx 5x 9 m we are switching to a new stain so need to sand the old product off.

40m2 of decking in one area - easy access. Screws have been recessed . Deck is 3 yrs old

Sanding back the decking of the front steps in preparation for staining. Doesn't need to be too deep, but remove general imperfections and remaining paint/discolouration. Previous paint and stain has been stripped using deck stripper and then power washed. The dimensions of the steps is 1.65m wide by total length of 10.6m (including the rise).

We have started prepping our deck for sanding and re-oiling and have realised we are just not up to the task. Our deck is 93 square meters in total. Happy to re oil myself if someone can sand it/prep it or price permitting can get someone to do the whole task

6m x 2.7m deck needs sanding just need the stain sanded off, the merbau is in excellent condition (undercover deck), 5 years old, no protruding nails and the boards are even

Outdoor verandah needs sanding and painting or staining. It is fairly new so in good condition. There is also 2 very small side verandahs that also need re-doing.
