The backyard deck’s frame is damaged and needs replacement. Dimensions of the deck are 2.7 mtrs X 2.3 mtrs. The deck is almost 10 years old and hence the supporting frame has been damaged overtime due to exposure to the elements. The merbau deck timber is still in good condition and does not need replacement.

New decking and joists an hand rails required.

Need to get existing deck repaired, frame tested and upper layer adjusted for space alignment. Finish off with stain and paint where necessary. Any extra cost of the material will be paid separately. Hourly rate can also be negotiated.
