I need my back deck repaired. (It's all treated pine) Please INCLUDE materials in quote. Figure 1 - I need the plate beam replaced and lifted higher on the brick wall to increase the downward pitch of the roof and allow easier run-off of water and leaves (lots of trees in area). Figure 2 - I need the the top beams (and one railing plank) replaced with new timber (some are twisted and not fastened well). I would also like an additional 2 cross beams added to increase support of roof. Figure 3 - I would like colorbond sheets installed for roofing - spaced with 2 or 3 laser light panels to allow some light through the back doors. (Note: there is minimal clearance between deck and trees) Figure 4 - I would like 2 additional beams bolted on to existing uprights to increase stability.
