I accidentally deleted photos from my camera

My surface Cycling the blue screen. I have tried all repair and restore options. Still the same. Didn't do the reset because I need the data in it. Also tried using a USB recovery disk. Still no fix. Boots Ubuntu on USB drive and shows the local drive volume locked and encrypted. I also have the bitlocker recovery key. I need my data recovered and windows fixed. There should be about 50 gb of data to recover. Should be 30 mins to 1 hr job with for experts recovery tool license. I can bring the device over for short distance from Oak park.
