Have recently been upgrading parts of pc. Come into a problem this morning I cannot fix. I load the pc up, get into windows no problem. Then it just freezes and stays on the desktop until I power it down (just by holding the power button). Once this is fixed would like the pc to be checked for bottleneck issues and updated if possible. Have found that my new 4070 ti just isnt performing like i thought it would. Am flexable with price.
