I got Hills NX-4 VoiceNav security alarm system (Attached photos), 10 Yrs old Keypad is touchscreen. Telephone line has been connected to the system (attached photo). I’ve tested the line by connecting to my cordless phone and I can dial out my mobile phone, no issues. However, I’m unable to program a number from touch control panel. Upon pressing Menu 6, it says, “function not available”. (It doesn’t even ask for the installer code). I got the manual. Not sure If this system supports calling out a number when alarm goes off? Or maybe previous installer might have disabled this function (dumb). I'm also looking for installing IP module. How much it would cost to install IP module and program/enable Mobile phone so I can receive phone call when alarm gets triggered? Photos attached. - Due date: Flexible
