I'm having an issue with the lower two PCI-E slots on my motherboard (Gigabyte B650E Aorus Master). they are not detecting devices in device manager or bios (says N/A in plugged-in devices on all other slots besides my GPU in bios). it's just not showing up at all. devices plugged into them are not being powered (their status lights don't turn on). The PCI devices work fine in my other PC/are NOT faulty. One is a USB expansion card and one is an ethernet card, drivers are installed). I have looked in bios for a setting relating to it but I don't really know what I'm looking for if it's a bios thing. Looked online but found nothing that worked so far. I've tried updating my bios to f22 from f22b and still have the same problem.

I have a seagate external hard driving making ticking noises when plugged in. I’ve tried the online data recovery programs. I’ve tried initialising it through disk manger but comes up with an error every time. I’m not confident in swapping out components of the hard drive though. Anyone have any other tricks?

I've tried scanning for viruses, changing modems, multiple reboots but I still encounter the same problems at times where it will be very long and slow load times, PC crashing for no reason and general unresponsiveness. PC is a gaming computer and had worked fine until our internet provider did maintenance and since then has not worked well since. We have contacted the internet provider and they were unhelpful so hoping you can help. This PC requires an optimisation, game clients (riot) often crashes, we have reinstalled etc multiple times. We would also like to have some cable management completed too. Hoping to have the PC run smoother as often the internet cuts out and loads incredibly slowly. If you also have any further information about the best anti virus providers that would be great. We are also facing some issues with connecting a Razor wireless mouse if you can potentially assist with that.
