Find a local Tasker to set up your router modem in South East Melbourne

Connect new modem up to the Fibre internet so I can use WiFi. I have no idea when it comes to these things and have signed up to Superloop which is active and have a byo modem but I’m clearly doing something wrong as I cannot get it to work.

I have bought a internet plan and need to set it up with a different modem that didn’t come with the plan

We have just been upgraded to NBN into the house, we have moved over the Telstra modem and the PC from the modem is all fine but we are now getting continual drop out to the devices and from the wifi extender for the TV, the speed has been checked from telstra and it is strong and all tested as connected etc, we need someone that is EXPERIENCED that can check that the leads are in and correctly in, reset the wifi/extender to make sure we don't have the drop outs and all are incorrect sockets. I need a technician to reset my router to my business phone. My business phone is sitting in a different room from the Modem. The phone does not have Wi-Fi but needs to connect to the internet using an ethernet cable. The ethernet cable cannot come from the modem because the modem and the phone are in a different room. But I do have a Tp-Link router. (the phone had been used havening connected to tp-Link perfectly, but the setting was accidentally changed). I want someone to reset it. NBN /Netcomm router have been installed for 5 years. Working well. But last few weeks been very slow. The stopped working altogether. Tried resetting Netcomm router - still not working. I need help setting up my Smart Modem Gateway . All I know is it’s apparently fibre optic internet? There’s an opticom box outside the house that needs a special tool to open . And I have a modem that the provider has sent to me. I can’t find a box inside to plug it into as they have instructed.
