We have a Netgear AC750 (Model R6020) Router, and need it to be configured to be able to open Port 81 for access for ImPOS software to be able to run internal reports. Was able to do this before until Router was set back to Factory Settings. Understand the IT security risks with opening Ports for this purpose. ($50 paid for attendance and $100 paid for result)

I can’t connect my New Telstra smart modem 3 to existing Sonos products. I’ve reconfigured the modem to split 2.4signal, I’ve renamed it, I’ve turned everything on and off a bazillion times. I need someone to help trouble shoot. It worked fine with previous modem. - Due date: Flexible

ASUS 5400 already in place but previous DLink extender has died. I have bought an ASUS RP-AX56 extender but having trouble setting it up. Not sure if I need an extra extender as the issue is getting to room furthest from router (for gaming). Keen to have someone just set it up for me because I’m a bit bored with it!!

We received our modem and NBN box from TPG for the apartment we moved into and having issues connecting to the internet. TPG are blaming NBN but hoping someone could have a look before NBN technician comes out in over a week.

When plugged in the wifi is very strong, however there seems to be an issue with the wifi coming out of the tp link router.

This was all set up and working two weeks ago, then I moved house and now the same set up is not working, despite using the Netgear Nighthawk App to set up as instructed.
