Over the past several years we have been having major issues with our home internet. The internet will be working fine and then it drops out. When we stream movies through Netflix or iTunes it's very slow and most generally drops out. We have had a NBN service technician out to try and fix the issue and he has advised that we have a bridge tap. We have lived with this issue but now that we are home more often, we are required to work from home and other users clogging the service we would like to get it fixed. We are fully aware of the current reponsibilities with the Coronavirus epidemic and will be guided by yourself as to the best way to fix this issue whilst everyone remains safe.
