I have a iMac 21.5-inch, Late 2015 Processor 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 Memory 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 Startup Disk Macintosh HD Graphics Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200 1536 MB Only used for one year when teaching at school. But the school system was not removed when I left. I've tried rebooting it and updated to Catalina version 10.15.7 the same as my Macbook Pro that I purchased same time, but the iMac is not working like it should. It is slow. I think I've done something wrong. Can this be fixed so it works properly? What would be the cost? How long will it take? Can it be fixed this Saturday 12th June 2021? You will need to bring your own Laptop and Cisco console cable in order to complete the request. What the job entails is to arrive on site, then call the Network Support team in head office in Melbourne. They will then guide you to connect to the router to allow THEM to connect to it remotely so they can configure it and perform the work They will provide you with step by step instructions on what needs to be done over the phone. So you will need to be able to follow instructions from the network team and be able to understand the terminology. You will not have to figure out the issues yourself, as they will guide you.
