Find a local Microsoft Windows helper in South West Sydney

I need someone to install Windows 8 to my laptop I currently have Windows 10 installed. I have a licence key for Windows 8. - Due date: Before Sunday, 14 May 2023

I need help getting into my laptop windows 10. I’ve tried hitting shift and restart at the same time but then there are no options for me to start in safe mode. The only options are; Continue Use a device Troubleshoot And turn the of your PC. I clicked on troubleshoot but the only options are Start up settings And UEFI FIRMWARE. I go to enable safe mode but it just takes me back to the log in page again. I don’t have any Microsoft programs to fix it. Need help please. All pics attached of what I’ve come across. Located at Gledswood Hills. Set up my pin option doesn’t work. It just makes me go back to square one again. I can’t remember my password. Can arrange time once we connect.

My mouse/keyboard do not work when windows launches and when I have to put in my password when to login. I am trying over and over to try and solve this but even when trying to go back to a restore point I still cannot get anything done as it asks me for my Microsoft password and when I enter it (new password reset) it says that my password is incorrect so I am stuck. Anybody that can come out please reach out to me. Thank you. Need mouse/keyboard drivers to be updated so it’s compatible with the new windows updates and need windows to be reinstalled with your USB since I have only 1PC and I cannot get it. Thanks again. If you can arrive by or before 10am for $120 for fixing the entire problem so it does not happen again thank you. ($100 max price for the works should be an easy job guys) Got 1 offer at the moment (just got to drive out a few minutes)

Having issues re installing windows on laptop. Have download recovery media from Lenovo for the PC but it needs to done from another laptop as so far it hasn't worked.

Windows did an update. The update didn't complete. Computer tries reverses update. Keeps looping to reverse changes but does not boot up os.

Upon starting the computer windows 10 start menu doesn’t work and some programs have been corrupted. Suspected that windows has glitched or corrupted causing some programs to be corrupted and not work

Ive purchased windows ten last night downloaded it and have no idea how to install it’s asking for a USB or disc but I purchased it online can someone please help
