I have tried adding another email account to my outlook and it comes up but I doesn’t have an inbox or sent mail or anything like that and I can’t send or receive. However, when I go onto the online outlook I can send and receive all the test emails I have done. I need someone to help me resolve this issue.

Wondering if someone can help me setup an sms service from Microsft Outlook 365

Set up gmail account on pc using MS Outlook 2013. Already have another email email using G Suite but can't set up another one (limit 1 account per G Suite). Deleted old imap account now don't have any old emails.

outlook not opening, i did a microsoft repair which worked for a few days but was back to not opening. when i click on the outlook icon, i get the blue spinning thing next to the pointer then nothing will happen. also, it is not receiving emails, i've checked the password, email address and incoming and outgoing server names. everything i can think of to check i've checked and still not receiving. and one more thing. in the send receive window box. it is constantly showing "synchronizing Subscribed Folders..." lol. sounds like a real shit, biggest pain in the arse headache want to give it a crack? ideally, i'd like to have it done at my place or via team viewer or a similar way. i don't want to drive the laptop anywhere and leave it for days.
