To send a bulk email using an existing email database

I have 2 years/50+ bank statements; I require the debitst/expenses be entered manually into a Google/Excel sheet, itemising the date, detail and dollar amount, and then separating them into categories of expense e.g. rent. Groceries, wifi. Electricity. Etc. So basically entering the expenses from the bank statements into a google/Excel sheet like one big giant list/statement of expenses This could lead to further admin work.

Looking to have a spread sheet built. I want to select multiple selections within a cell. Example. List if names down the left side. In cell B2 I want a drop down that would say “job ready, working, seeking” I want to select one or as many parts as required. Then the next name down, same thing, and so on. Then in C2 I want things like qualifications “drivers licence, apprenticeship, certificate in child care, degree” and so on. Again, I want to select as many or non as required. If this is something you can do, let me know. There will be about 200 names, and about 10 Collums it will have specific search criteria.
