I already use excel but need some help setting up a system to aggregate data from clients into a single line where it may have been multiple lines and then compare to other months. Are you an excel expert?

Looking for an accounting professional with experience in budgets - please take note, to help me implement new strategies for my business. This will require creating a high level budget using current and past data (plan vs actual). The budget should also be able to track productivity of each division in the business by department and region. I would also like to track individual productivity based on the number of billable hours. If possible the budget should include charts for visual. Lastly, should be able to do variance analysis and suggest any cost cutting techniques. This task will require to be completed by this Thursday 9th September.

I have 3-4 old spiral bound reports that need specific pages from each digitised in excel. Each report has each page directly flagged so that it is clear what needs to be typed up. Hi there, need help of an excel guru to help build a simple model to charge for rental of a large sign to different users. Easiest to explain in person however I have listed it at a cost that I think it should take someone who knows what they’re doing to meet and spend 2 or 3hrs to build it.
