Extremely happy with my laptop. Oz was very patient and within a few minutes of putting up my ad, he had replied quickly and gotten onto to task ASAP. At first, he gave me an honest and very professional answer about fixing my laptop and he had sure that I was taken care of and not ripped off. In hard times like these, it’s nice to know that there are nice and honest people still out there. He kept me updated on when my laptop was assessed, what was wrong with it, and he was very patient in helping to explain what he had to do to fix it. Throughout the whole process, he went beyond to ensure my laptop was fixed thoroughly and even managed to restore all my files, photos, videos, university work and memories on my laptop which I thought couldn’t be restored. I highly recommend Oz to anybody who is unsure of who to get their laptop fixed from as he is a reliable, professional and very kind person. Thankyou again Oz :)
