Need someone to fix my sons laptop. Windows 10 Bad System Config. Nothing works in Advanced troubleshooting. Unable to boot into safe mode. Hewlett Packard 8560w, i7, 16gig, 256gb. Bought second hand, do not have Windows DVD but downloaded Windows 10 onto a USB. I'm a Mac user so relatively unfamiliar with Windows problems.
