I need my Epson ecotank printer repaired. It's not printing even after topping up ink.

Update its working now but not reading my sim card so can i just use an esim i dropped my phone at the beach and it got in the water and i wiped it dry it and restarted it multiple times and then i started saying no sim, but when i restart it then it says there is a sim card in it. So i wake up this morning and again it says no sim so i power turned off my phone and when i decided to turn it back on the apple logo just keeps flashing. i have already tried the apple support thing it showed me but its not working my phone is still flashing the apple logo.
