I have a LENOVO THINKPAD RUNNING WINDOWS 10. It is known that upgrading your WINDOWS 11 can disable the Realtek (R) HD Audio Device and associated drivers. Same issue with keyboard. It was fixed once but the repairer changed the admin language settings to Spanish. When i reinstalled WINDOWS 10, I lost keyboard and audio totally. No downloads or Device Manager Troubleshooting works FYI

I need an SSD card date recovered. This SSD belongs to my newly purchased laptop. My Laptop suddenly stopped working and so I took it to Harvey Norman store where I purchased it and they said they will replace the laptop but I have to back up the hard drive before I give it back for a replacement. I’ve taken the laptop to a computer repair shop and they said they had to order in a special adapter to be able to back it up and even after getting that adaptor they could not back up the date and said the card is corrupted and need a data recovery specialist to do it. I only have a few folders on the hard drive and I have already taken the hard drive out so it can be backed up. Please see attached picture of SSD - Hard drive.
