I currently use Thunderbird email and recently updated it. Since then it has been painfully slow to navigate. I think I need to revamp my email system. I have also lost my Word application and can't renew it because my system is apparently insufficient.

I can set up email/campaign content ok, inserting images, text buttons etc are not a problem. I need help literally sending off the email and making sure that it does not end up in junk email (this is happening when I send to myself). Problem 1: My work email address has been added to outlook, POP and IMAP configured according to VentraIP server details and ports, email address is able to receive emails, but not send them. Problem 2: My partner's can send emails from his work email address when he sets it as primary alias, but cannot receive emails using it. Hi there, I'm looking for an experienced IT expert to help me complete the migration & set up of 14 users from IINET to Microsoft. IINET actually set up the email hosting through microsoft365, but don't give out access so we have had to set up a whole new account and users. I've already done 70% of this, but it's hit some snags that I need someone experienced to help set up smoothly for my client as I am running out of time. To provide further details. * There are 2 domains on 1 license. 14 users. * For domain 1, 10 users I have set them on with Microsoft 365 and done the migration that is all working. I have spent time in the office trying to set them all up on each user's desktop but keep hitting issues, so need someone who can take this over with minimum disruption. The problem there is some of the users are using an old 2013 Outlook with calendars. That is not synching, so need some help to get them working on those. The mail app works fine but is not user-friendly for the staff who drag and drop emails to a CRM. It doesn't let them do that with the Mail App and hasn't pulled over some calendars that they sue for client jobs. That is still all in the 2013 outlook For domain 2, I have set up the new accounts,backed up the emails but we can't do the migration until IINET remove the domain from teh Microsoft account they set up. I gave up trying to get through to them, so need someone to manage that, get them to remove the domain and then help me with the migrating for those 4 emails. I manage quite a few clients, so I am struggling to get time to complete this urgent project myself. - I have all the IINET admin panel access with DNS - I have the new Microsoft 365 admin access I'm hoping someone local may be available who is experienced here and can help get this completed quickly with me in the client office. - Due date: Before Friday, 5 May 2023
