Problem 1: My work email address has been added to outlook, POP and IMAP configured according to VentraIP server details and ports, email address is able to receive emails, but not send them. Problem 2: My partner's can send emails from his work email address when he sets it as primary alias, but cannot receive emails using it. My firm's emails are being blocked by 2 companies. I think I need to set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC in Google Workspace, but it looks too complicating for me.
