Cannot power up computer

I have the MSI MEG Aegis Ti5 10th Gen rig. The current CPU liquid cooler is not working very well. I would like you to pull out the current one and replace it with the new one (on hand). The new one is the same model that originally came with the rig. So, it should be straight forward. I don't mind if you are a hobbyist. Just have experience.
