I currently have NBN cabling/modem downstairs that’s separate to upstairs as it doesn’t seem to extend. Upstairs I got a 5g WiFi modem with COV-R mesh extenders. It’s a large home with phone cabling around the house and limited network sharing due to the house size. I need a stronger/faster and more reliable system, especially upstairs. Need to put 2 new emails on my computer - Due date: Flexible

2 issues pressing today... a) My ASUS laptop keeps dropping the internet after about 45mins of use & its driving me crazy. I'm not a techy but hunch its needing updated drivers or something & I've no idea. Need that sorted asap & a general clean-up of anything that's interfering with its optimal use (like junk files etc) b) My hubby recently upgraded his iPhone & while he has an extensive music library on his desktop - it won't sync over from his desktop as apparently its a 32 bit & needs to be 64, but the 64 bit download won't accept when we try to update it & we can't get past that glitch. Meantime, the music won't just transfer from the cloud as he can't find it there. So that needs sorting too. I think that if you know what you're doing it'll be a quick fix on all counts but we're not so techy enough to work through it. Only experienced IT people please. No have-a-go-ers. No recognisable devices when installing windows, have tried several power cables and sata cables. Have tried several SSDs and m.2. PC was running from a fresh install on my SSD initially until I ejected the installable media and updated windows. After updating and restarting, my bios won't recognise any internal connections, but won't install on an external drive. I'm fairly sure my m.2 memory is faulty, but that wouldn't explain every sata port on my board failing to be recognised after a windows update. Hello! We have a 3d ender v2 printer. Have successfully printed a few times but now having problems levelling the bed. Looking for someone to solve so we can get printing again.

I have tried adding another email account to my outlook and it comes up but I doesn’t have an inbox or sent mail or anything like that and I can’t send or receive. However, when I go onto the online outlook I can send and receive all the test emails I have done. I need someone to help me resolve this issue.

Need to recover files and all data stored on laptop hard drive, so I can factory reset. As laptop is stuck in automatic repair loop and I have exhausted all other ways of allowing the pc to work. Would also take any suggestions if someone with expertise knows what to do. Thanks
