We manage the property on behalf of an owner who has tasked us with setting up their home WiFi. They have not provided all the correct pieces as per the provided photos. Currently there is an NBN box which is connected and working , however we believe that with the Eero box we need a modem supplied to get this set up. Looking for some advice/assistance. Owner can be available over the phone to provide any account details you may need to get it set up. If no extra items are needed then budget is without these. After the software update from Microsoft, the computer turns on but the screen is blank. The computer consists of a tower plus screen and keyboard. Happy to drop off the tower if this is easier & more cost effective.

Our router has stopped sending a wifi signal. Our wifi name has disappeared completely. Internet still works perfectly over Ethernet so it’s not the ISP, Don’t know if the router is broken or just glitching or if something simple has happened, but don’t have the technical knowledge to troubleshoot it myself. Router is an AmpliFi HD router.

I have a MacBook Air. It’s 2015 model I’m pretty sure. The mouse has frozen.
